Field

Every opening ten major Protestant sending agencies have published — in one place you can actually search.

Mission agencies each keep their own catalog behind their own filters. Nobody publishes them together, so the person asking “where could I actually go?” has to visit ten sites and learn ten vocabularies. This is those ten catalogs, normalized. We are not a recruiter and we hold no applications — every role links straight back to the agency that posted it.

The ten agencies

These ten are here because they publish a structured, machine-readable catalog of openings — not because they are the ten biggest senders. Several of the largest agencies publish no list at all; see below. Counts are what each agency had on its own site the day this was indexed. They move.

The other places people look

Aggregators exist. They work differently: agencies post to them, one role at a time, so what you see is the slice each agency chose to syndicate — not the agency's own catalog. Counts checked 2026-09-18.

BoardListings Shape
MissionNext 326 The biggest. Title, region and category only — the hiring agency's name and every detail sit behind registration. Absorbed the Finishers Project.
Mission Finder 121 Plus 296 trips, 44 internships and a directory of 798 organizations. Public and linked. Jobs skew office-side.
Missio Nexus 90 Member agencies post free. Mix of home-office and field roles, and the freshest of the three.
Christian Career Center General Christian job board with a missions category; syndicates out to Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn.

Two that people still recommend are gone: Scatter Global's domain has lapsed to a hosting placeholder (its coaching work continues inside OM), and Global Opportunities no longer serves. If someone points you to either, the link is dead.

What isn't here, and why

Pioneers and OM USA

Both are top-ten agencies with real catalogs. Both sit behind a security service that refuses automated requests, so their roles are not indexed here. Their catalogs are linked in the table — go direct.

Wycliffe USA, Cru, and YWAM

Large senders that publish no structured list of openings. They run a conversation-first funnel — you pick a category and talk to a coach. There is nothing to index, which is itself worth knowing before you go looking.
